| Culinary Nomad DSM Chef Andrew’s love of food started in his Italian Grandmother’s kitchen as a young kid on the East Coast. His first job as a teenager was as a dishwasher then line cook in a small restaurant in Connecticut and after high school he attended the French Culinary Institute (now the International Culinary Center) in New York City and Staged at Asia De Cuba in downtown Manhattan. Chef Andrew has traveled from the East Coast to the West Coast, gaining his culinary expertise in several independent restaurants, as a corporate chef in hotels, and as a private chef.
