Out to Lunch - Downtown DSM

Out to Lunch is a public event that is open to the public on Wednesdays throughout the summer from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Out to lunch is designed to create a fun and unique opportunity for Downtown Des Moines employees, residents, and visitors to socialize with others in a vibrant, outdoor Downtown setting with local food trucks and live music.

The 2024 Out to Lunch location schedule is as follows:
May 15: Principal, High Street from Seventh – Ninth
May 22: City of Des Moines, 401 Robert D. Ray Road
May 29: Nationwide,12th Street from Grand to Locust
June 5: Tippie College of Business, University of Iowa, 12th Street from Grand to Locust
June 12: Cowles Commons, 221 Walnut St,
June 26: Federal Home Loan Bank, 909 Locust St
